🚗 Mobile Notary Services
Appointments start at $35 (includes one standard notarized signature and local travel for up to 10 miles)
Texas State Fee: $10 for the first notarized signature.
Additional Signatures: $1 for each additional signature on the same notarial certificate.
Local Travel Fee: $25 flat travel fee within my standard service area.
Extended Travel: + $1.00 per mile for every mile driven outside of the initial 10-mile radius.

💻 Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Sessions start at $42 (includes identity verification and your first electronic seal)
First Digital Seal: $35
Includes the $10 standard notary fee + the $25 Remote Notarization session.
Each Additional Digital Seal (Same Session): $10 per seal executed within the same live audio-video session.
Identity Verification Fee (KBA): $7 per signer
Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and ID credential analysis required by Texas law for remote online notarizations.

Special Institutional Visitations (Hospitals, Nursing Homes, & Jails)
Premium flat rates cover standard travel, mandatory facility check-in procedures, security clearance delays, and up to 45 minutes of on-site waiting/signing time. Texas standard notary signature fees ($10 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature) are added to these base fees.
Hospital & Healthcare Facility Visit: $65 base convenience fee
Assisted Living & Nursing Home Visit: $50 base convenience fee
County / Municipal Jail Detainee Visit: $95 base convenience fee
Federal / State Prison Visit: $150 base convenience fee
Important Terms & Policies:
ID Requirement: The signer must possess a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (or jail booking card/ID if permitted by the specific facility). If unavailable, two credible identifying witnesses must be present.
Wait Time Fee: $15 for every 15 minutes of additional waiting time beyond the included 45 minutes.
